I don't have specific advice but if you are considering incorporating as in germany, I am happy to talk with you about our experience. We recently incorporated as a UG (cloudron.io). Feel free to send me an email!

Thank you. Ill try to find out whether UG is the right thing to do, or whether I should for example take a french alternative. If I try to go with the UG I'll ask if anything comes up. Thanks for the offer!
