Looks a potentially useful resource :)

On thing—re: 'Differences in navigation are considered.' - Android now has a 'Tab bar' style UI element - https://www.google.com/design/spec/components/bottom-navigat... - so this point might need updating.

not sure how useful this ⤴ advice is—for example, an app could use different fonts from the 'San Francisco' typeface - http://codemotionapps.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/San-Fra... - for a consistent design with no real detriment to 'UX'
