We can build a computer out of dominos, but if someone kicks the dominions they have not done the equivalent of killing a human.

Someday maybe we could build a human out of atoms one by one, but if someone kicks those atoms out of place they will have not done the equivalent of killing a human.

Given enough dominoes falling fast enough, with enough computational complexity, yes they have.
