Negotiation is typically one of the topics covered in MBA curriculum. Some of the business school faculty also specializes in negotiations and do consulting on the side. You might be able to find negotiation training and seminar through such faculty members. Also, look up a few books on negotiations and reach out to the authors. They most likely will be able to refer to negotiation training.
