My advice is to explore all your options.
"Corporate" and "startup" are mostly meaningless in this context. When it comes to evaluating career opportunities, what matters are the specific details of particular job opportunities.
Bell Labs was corporate [1]. "Two idea guys who just need someone to write the code" is a startup.
