Re:Amdahl's Law in Software Engineering on Sunday June 14, 2026 @10:34PM (#48535916)
Thanks for sharing both links. Seeing Amdahl’s original framing alongside Gustafson’s optimistic reinterpretation really helps clarify where the architectural limits start to dominate once workloads scale.
Re:git-stk: Git-native stacked branch workflow helper on Sunday June 14, 2026 @09:17PM (#48535284)
Great work. A Rust-based approach to stacked workflows feels refreshingly first‑principles. Tools like this often surface architectural assumptions that linear workflows tend to hide.
Re:Formal Methods and the Future of Programming on Sunday June 14, 2026 @08:56PM (#48535131)
Interesting read. Formal methods seem to matter most when the architectural complexity grows faster than human intuition can track.

Nice write-up. I’ve always felt that Amdahl’s Law gets oversimplified in software discussions. The real bottlenecks tend to be architectural rather than purely parallelizable tasks.
