And modern LLMs certainly where trained on Asimov's texts.
In what sense are the C++ing? Too complicated or what?
This assumption is built-in for Gale-Shapley algorithm.
> It's obviously nonsense, along the lines of "war is peace."
Ukraine is armed in financially supported by NATO countries. Russian propaganda obviously exaggerates this fact. Western obviously propaganda downplays this fact. That's a Russian person's opinion you are looking for.
Speaking did not create civilization.
What domain is it may I ask you?
How do you measure absence of concurrency bugs for instance?
I am puzzled why do you think the level of democracy in Russia has anything to do with the war in Ukraine. The US being democracy has not stopped them from kidnapping the foreign leader, plundering the country by stripping it of its oil resources and to unleash the war in the Middle East.
An acquaintance of mine works in the energy sector. It’s a very conservative field, and they don’t use AI.
I believe this was a joke.
Access denied for me. Does "foreign-produced" include any country, even in EU?
I wonder where did you get that 140 million figure.
Problem is AI weakening our brain, arguably the only thing that distinguish us from animals. As if decreasing brain size of modern humans was not enough.
> Back before LLMs and before that again, it was very hard to write code. That's why so many people asked questions and figuring out how to write a piece of code was a big part of the value add
This may be true if you work in unfamiliar area or on frontier of programming. But this is not were most of programmer jobs are. That writing code itself is hard is a view of non-programmer. Programmers know that past some threshold of familiarity designing and weighting decisions becomes central problem.
Yes, he wanted to insult the person. The word портянка is sometimes used in the Internet by Ukrainian nationalists to offend pro-Russian users.
I have not seen any Russian official making such statements. 3 days declarations were mostly done by various "analyst".
Enterprises host their entire infrastructure on US-base clouds. And for many, it still is not a problem.
> Сашь -, and e.g. Mish - Мишь
Note: these are written without soft sign a the end: Саш, Миш.
Never heard anyone using "Lesha" for "Aleksandr". It is always "Aleksei".
It is not common. Usually you say Kolya.
I use bridging. Not going to disclose the address, sorry. I had to try several bridges obtained via Tor itself and via telegram before one worked.
I changed ISPs when moved from one city to another, no difference. Yes, there were several episodes when connecting required about half an hour of playing changing setting but eventually I could connect. Nowadays it seems that the government abandoned their efforts to block Tor traffic and mainly focused on blocking VPN and Telegram.
Don't know, I use tor every day in Russia. Without it Internet would be unusable. The only problem I see is how to get initial distribution since the tor site is blocked.
You mean in recent history? Because Finns were nazi allies during WWII and participated in Siege of Leningrad starving hundreds of thousands to death. They also organized network of concentration camps during the war.
AI companies business model depends on wide adoption. How will they survive if government closes access to their models?
Don't understand why you have been downvoted. Russian government have already attempted to push forward their root certificate for banking using Yandex browser, now this.
So blog with single post hyping LLMs. Oh and the domain name "human-in-the-loop". Call me suspicious.
I addressed you phrase about Russians seen Ukrainians as an inferior ethnic group and "proving" this by "they call them "little Russians", please don't shift topics. This is BS. There is no such phrase "little Russians" in Russian language.
Ethnic slurs exists of course. In any language. And "kholkhols" is one of them. As well as word "moskal'" in Ukranian. Do you know what it means? And ethnic slurs are not used in official language, you know. I mean Russian official language.
>So not because Russians are in their land trying to kill as many Ukrainians as >possible, terrorizing them, and destroying their culture? It's all because of >propaganda?
Yes, just because of propaganda targeted at low educated people. I mean you can hate Russia for starting the war and turn a blind eye to Ukrainians killing Donbass people but hating historical word referring to some lands that now are part of Ukraine? Just because it has "мало" in it? You need combination of propaganda and low intelligence here.
P.S. Not going to continue. This all conversation is just waist of my time.
