It's either that, or just some of the plain old narcissistic personality disorder that's rampant among founders and executives. Maybe both?
The funniest part is how his bad hair and botox cross into this uncanny valley where you instinctively know he's not under 30, but he's trying so hard to fight looking older that he ends up looking like a grotesque cyborg. It's probably worse up close.
