Syrian here, born, raised, and finished my studies in Syrian.

Been to many countries like UAE, Saudi, and finally Germany.

I can tell that the joy is immense. Most druze and alawite are not too happy and fearing, mainly because of the feare built into them throughtout the war years.

Incertanitiy is very big, but the joy of seeing a north-korean-like system collapse in few days is unimaginable.

I have seen too many nk documentaries, I can say that it applies 100% to Syria, with many many more complexities in the region.

Happy to give proof to mods.

Do you mind to add short explination for each param here ( I know only few). Thanks!
He makes amazing videos by placing the cameras in all wierd angels and adds so much stuff to explain a concept, that makes you think it's simple, yet you finish his videos admiring him even more...
Reddit killed 3rd party apps almost entierly.

I am waiting for uBO to stop working to mkve over Google Chrome.
Re:"Sugar rush" in children seems to be confirmation bias on Wednesday July 31, 2024 @10:26AM (#41119462)
But sugar is still considered unhealthy to give to children on a regular basis. Given how much the water is mudded by a lot of talks, and that parents are always confused what treat to give/promise to their children...

Do you mind sharing your uBO lines please?
But unlike stock buying, shorting can cause huge damage more the the starting value.

If you short a stock at 100, and it reaches 10, you pay back at 10 and get to keep the remaining 90.

If, however, that stock reaches 300, you have to pay the extra 200 from your pocket.

So shorting is much bigger risk than investing directly in stocks.

This is so sad news. I just finished his book about the dependable systems in security engineering.

I will wait to see the ADAC crash test report.

Once I can see it here, I will decide accordingly.

https://www.adac.de/rund-ums-fahrzeug/autokatalog/crashtest/

Speaking of holes, I will leave you with this classic: https://youtu.be/-_KLD9opGFg
They tried that on my 15 years old account, then they reverted it back because I could still watch them in incognito windows, or stopped completely watching Youtube.

I am not very profitable to them anyway, but they appear to test you for a couple of days and see how you would react.

Would you give more explination please? How are you plannin on setting it up?

Would you prefer this over Traefik for a simple docker-compose setup?
Re:Science of Crowd Control [video] on Saturday August 26, 2023 @11:53AM (#37273935)
Wendover production is a good quality channel that I always recommend. That being said, their explinations of the problems at hand are always too simplified and limited. Yes the topic is much more complex, but by the end of the video you will end up with some idea about the topic. It is a way to fill some curiosity and satisfy clicks. It can not be taken as any source of knowledge or 101 introduction into topics.

It looks similar to ventusky.com
Re:Pdftool.org: modify pdfs offline in the browser on Sunday August 13, 2023 @06:49PM (#37115425)
I find pdfsam to be the perfect offline tool for me on Windows.

https://pdfsam.org

And it's open source as well: https://github.com/torakiki/pdfsam

Re: on Wednesday August 02, 2023 @05:54PM (#36978200)
When open sourcing your work, look first into licensing and make sure to understand what each license offers and what implications it has.

Then you can chose to push it to github or similar, but please prepare a good readme.md file.

Re:Style Your RSS Feed on Wednesday June 21, 2023 @05:36AM (#36416388)
I can agree with that. But still, an experienced user will skip the ads posts and will smell them from far away.
Re:Style Your RSS Feed on Wednesday June 21, 2023 @05:35AM (#36416376)
Sure, you can obfuscate all you want. But my point still stands valid.

Earning a living from ads for these types of people.is not sustainable. They will have adblocker installed, so you are also wasting respurces with no income.

RSS or newsletter or whatever scrapper, it's there today already.

Re:Style Your RSS Feed on Tuesday June 20, 2023 @07:13AM (#36402378)
Have you used any modern RSS reader recently like inoreader, they load the content of the page without visiting the publishing website. So still, no ads.
Re:Smol Developer on Wednesday May 17, 2023 @05:34AM (#35973052)
Yet it will dominate since it's cheaper to produce en mass.
Don't forget that reloading through the networks gives Google the ability to keep tracking. The requests will go only to that URL, but Google will get it one way or another...
Re:Make your DOM look like an eye that can focus on anything on Sunday November 06, 2022 @09:09AM (#33492782)
It just collapses the circles. It would be much better to just hide the inner circle and paint an outer circle with the same color of the skin.
Many explinations are available on the web, but it comes down to the dependence on these seeds and thus on the producer of them.
Still good lesson learned.

Yeah, where is the import options?

Do you guys think you will only gain new customers that are ready to start from 0?

When oil producing countries are racing to get nuclear energy, it remains no surprise that it is something that will only help in the transition, because burning the fule is not a enough!
