But it’s definitely not important for an average user typing “facebook.com” into the address bar. Safari proved that.

Putting together margins on their hardware and software products just can’t be right.

That’s different, you’re just getting the same price as the entire world. Purchasing power is different, yes.

So you can stop the subscription then and not worry about a couple of thousands you’d pay as a single purchase cost.

Your model creates a very clear incentive to put new features in your drawer just waiting for a new major version.

The color correction reminds me of the actual film used at the time. They watched a lot of soviet movies and even adapted some cameraman angles from those.

In 2018 people like to scream about “selling their data” way too much.

Robinhood makes their revenue on rebate fees, it’s not illegal but considered shady by some people. Ordinary brokers generally don’t do that (although some might).

Well the movie actually iterates on a series of the ideas from Asimov's stories so I wouldn't call it bad. Basically it's about VIKI coming up with the Zero Law.

Tell that to GDPR.
I’m pretty sure Apple meant the compliance with the regulations of the countries where the app is available.

I’m pretty sure Apple communicates with the developers of major apps in a different manner. Like when they didn’t immediately deleted Uber that was tracking the permanent device IDs which is prohibited by the platform. They’d delete any regular app that tried to do that.
