I keep my resume's on Careerbuilder, Indeed and Dice upto date, and tweak them every month to let recruiters know I am still interested or not. So now I refuse to provide any copy of my driver's license even if they offer work, I scan send a copy of my birth certificate to prove I am a US citizen On the phone call I make up a bogus 4 last digits, and after an offer is made provide real information on my W2 and other tax documents.
