With the modern tech level, silicon-based systems can react faster, make fewer mistakes and feel less fatigue. So it all circles back to the relative wetware price.

It's an interesting model, but a few things I can't actually find in the article:

1. Who is initially paying for the physical shared infrastructure?

2. Who is in charge of the maintenance?
