There was a list of AWS Account IDs that parsed just fine until someone added one that started with a 0 and had no numbers greater than 7 in it, after which our parser started spitting out decidedly different values than we were expecting. Fixing it was easy, but figuring out what in the heck was going on took some digging.
If this is causing a significant loss of rating for the app, they are well within their rights to blacklist installs from the play store for those devices. Those users can still install the app via the APK (which is admittedly a poorer experience).

I'm not arguing that CPSC majors should be allowed to call themselves engineers, but I believe you might be mistaken as to how different the two programs/fields may be.
On a side note:
Does anybody know of a plugin for ST2, or another editor that works well for coding that allows for a semi-transparent/transparent background? (for Windows) I've been searching for the last few weeks to no avail, and was hoping that somebody here might have encountered something.
