9 woman can't bring baby in a month. That 3 hour estimate makes no sense.
It made up important details. That is why it was disqualified, AI or not.
Do you need to have purchased the game at those cafes? Cause you do at geforce now. Game publishers who withdrew from geforce now are just greedy.
Re:Quad9 (DNS Resolver) to Exit France on Thursday October 22, 2026 @06:06PM (#50201735)
User authentication is not a function of DNS. You are requiring an entirely new protocol to be designed. And the nobody will use it.
For python, certifi is still a thing and it still has it's own cert bundle.
It's mostly historical. They used to suck in the past, but the implementations remain. Nowadays you are better off configuring to use OS certificates if possible.
Re:Wanted to download an ISO, ended up writing a kernel exploit on Thursday October 15, 2026 @11:42AM (#50105320)
If you don't understand it, high chance LLM will leave with an open firewall.

The learning curve being a bit rough is massive understatement. It's not meant for not computer savy people.

I have hap ax3. They cleaned up their defaults. No extra license costs.

One issue I had was that I was affected (and many others) by wifi bug in firmware which made connections drop randomly. Took them half a year to resolve it. Wouldn't recommend Mikrotik as access point. Otherwise it's good.

They can, but then their COP is like... 2. Which is not great. Coupled with high units costs, need to make math is it even worth it compared to just electric heating.
Most old houses are not ducted and retrofiting them is very expensive, capital repair.

Mini-splits are noisy and have major problems getting heat distributed over a whole house.

Seems so. As smart as keeping tabs open in browser instead of using bookmarks, but "workflow".

Nebula is mostly irrelevant. Even Nebulas creators wouldn't survive without youtube revenue.
What are the benefits to actual people? What you are gonna replace lost jobs with? All electronics with ram or storage is now way more expensive due to AI gobling up everything. And then there are local power grid impact concerns.

Why would you be suprised there is opposition?

Re:Steam Frame starts at $1059 on Tuesday September 15, 2026 @03:01AM (#49708779)
They are simply uncomfortable for that. That is a niche for a niche use case.
I once failed to find men section in H&M, even when it was listed as there :)
What does post office have to do with identity verification?
Re:Fuck it, make it anyway on Sunday September 13, 2026 @05:24AM (#49681848)
No, I'm annoyed that they submit their sloppy code to me as some value and then I have to deal with it. Happened in our org.

You are a programmer yourself, that is different. You can review AI output, understand and explain it. I won't get a response from you "I don't know, AI said so".

Re:Growing proof that autonomous cars save lives on Thursday September 10, 2026 @02:29PM (#49648263)
Autocars also currently only work in favorable conditions. Maybe driving in unfavorable conditions is just actually hard.
Re:iPhone Duo on Thursday September 10, 2026 @02:25PM (#49648200)
Many people in there don't have a separate computer. Phone is their computer. So it kinda makes sense.
Re:SteamdDB Joins Nexus Mods on Wednesday September 02, 2026 @03:58PM (#49541615)
Go ahead and do it just to prove a point.
Yup, make a rail to everybodys home instead, that will solve it.
The amount of non-determinism in compiler and LLM output is so vast that even comparing them is silly.

Tests are not a one time thing. They need to be maintained, and if you use same LLM to do it, it will happily delete failing ones, so better use a seaparate agent, and be prepared for the bill.

Most of those people are old and don't care about the future. Not their problem.
Those organizations will have to adapt to new reality, ie, that some CVEs are not real.
Are you still speaking about a tool or starting a religion?
Re:The Strongest El Niño Ever on Monday July 27, 2026 @04:59PM (#49075452)
Ventilating at night doesn't work at all when nights are hot. And now it happens oftenly, not sometimes. That is a bigger problem than hot days.

Also, all the activity you do inside your insulated home also increases temperature. Human body itself is a small space heater. At some point, you gotta get that energy out somehow, and if nights are hot, there is no way to do that except via a heat pump.

Re:The Strongest El Niño Ever on Monday July 27, 2026 @04:54PM (#49075390)
I think these T- rules haven't really been thought through at temperatures reaching and exceeding 40C.

Great when mobile ACs are mostly terrible, if-nothing-else choice. They can only cool a small room temporarily.
Re:Engineering management after the cost of code collapsed on Saturday July 25, 2026 @04:00PM (#49050992)
Sure. But try it on a project on non-trivial size and then tell us the cost of it. LLMS are billed per token.
Yuo must be fun at parties.
