The reason you see it as “unbalanced to the left” is because algorithms are showing you whatever keeps you engaged with Twitter. Those of us who do not log in and use privacy mode see a ton of hateful far-right lunacy. Tons of hate against queer people, endless “overthrow the government” posturing, batshit accusations of pedophilia—there’s just no end to the unhinged far-right hate-train spew one encounters as an unclogged-on, untracked viewer. Raw twitter is a trash-heap of poisonous people who want to harm others over pissant differences.
