Even more disturbing is playing counter strike or another FPS after watching it. You're brain can look at the NZ shooting and a first person Counter Strike stream and it wouldn't interpret them any differently.
Re:People Who Eat the Same Meal Every Day on Friday March 08, 2019 @05:57PM (#19343046)
No, it won't. Meat has everything the body needs.

Owsley Stanley was a soundman for the Grateful Dead. He also had one other claim to fame… he ate nothing but meat for 47 years. Let me repeat that, he ate nothing but meat for FORTY-SEVEN YEARS. He wrote all about his diet on a low-carb forum back in 2006. He died in a car accident not too long after but his words of wisdom still live on. You can read how he came to the conclusion that the natural human diet is a totally carnivorous one. It is fascinating reading and I have read it (over 300 pages) multiple times.

Re:DNA reveals we are all genetic mutts on Sunday March 03, 2019 @10:03PM (#19298475)
of course we are all mutts, we all evolved from bacteria. the question is the relative purity. "is the race pure from this period to this period" is what people mean when they mention purity. When a jew chooses a mate, they are only concerned if their mate has pure jewish ancestry from the last 2000 years.

not sure why you were downvoted, this is exactly why they mentioned purity.

work on entrepreneurship... you may be working 24/7 at first but the freedom it creates is worth it in the end

The final battle is the only battle worth striving for. Become financially independent and make bosses a thing of your past. You would not believe how motivating it is to work for yourself.

Rather than have a job, become financially independent. Work to make money, when you have acquired enough money, take a break. Even if you have to work non-stop to get to "enough to take a break", it's MUCH LESS stressful than being on someone else's clock. I look forward to Mondays, that's what happens when you become your own boss. https://boldanddetermined.com/t-g-i-m-thank-god-its-monday/
You must read the book "The Revolutionary Phenotype: The amazing story of how life begins and how it ends" by J.F. Gariepy, PhD.. It outlines how genetic modification will eventually result in DNA being replaced completely with a new system if we continue down this path.

Watch this short clip where he explains in detail what the book is about: https://youtu.be/mFQk7ausjd8?t=131

I do not mean to be advertising for him, I feel it's important for people to understand that what will happen will be equivalent to RNA based lifeforms being replaced with DNA based lifeforms...

Re:Dealing with past trauma may be the key to breaking addiction on Saturday November 24, 2018 @07:44PM (#18524742)
As someone with a lot of experience with opioid withdrawal, it seems that you will experience the polar opposite of the better than baseline feelings. The times you use builds up a kind of debt that you will need to pay back.

Key to making it through the paying back the piper is faith. Trust that your body is far more intelligent than you and it has all the answers to making yourself healthy again. Both physically and mentally.
