A pregnancy you dont want could very well end in harm
Compromising a specific person is difficult. Compromising any old person is trivial
If I send a load of ICMP at a datacenter, don't they just get dealt with at the firewall, not by individual servers? Like I can't ping a specific machine inside a datacenter, it just pings the datacenter itself
So you need to send an ICMP packet to a server while it's booting? That seems like an extremely small attack surface. I dont know when the last time our enterprise servers actually booted up, they just stay on forever
How does this deal with one pixel gaps? The algorithm can enter it just fine but there's no space to go back out again, and there doesn't seem to be a system for backtracking, unless I've misunderstood the algorithm
> "Check 2: gender doesn't flip"
kissmypost.com has not heard of transgender people
The other way is not to spam someone with LLM-generated outputs, and actually review the package
I would be more interested in a flyer that was in rainbow comic sans, than one that just made up what it will look like because it can't see the actual event
I've been trying to print a sewing pattern today, but apparently 2d printers are even less reliable than 3d printers, somehow
Multiple weeks, I followed the schedule that I was given by my doctor
> "Indeed, party sources told the media that although the leaked emails appeared to be authentic, the AI-generated summaries appeared to contain several inaccuracies."
Which is why I'm so confused that they did this instead of just publishing a "best hits" of excerpts or something, if the amount of content was an issue
You might be overestimating "cheap" android tablets. A lot of the actually cheap ones I've seen even kind of struggle to run android
Can confirm I was able to watch the video without being logged in
I imagine performance would be spectacularly awful if you tried to run ios music production apps on a cheap android tablet
I really wish adhd meds had an effect on me. Both me and my brother have tried them and seen no benefits from them. I've tried multiple different medications but I forget exactly what they were. All I noticed was my heart feeling a bit weird. With the amount of people saying it's had such a positive effect on them, I really wish I could experience what it's like to be properly medicated :/
Why would you want to use this? The only use case it seems to give is to lie about whether an image was ai-generated on social media
Who gets the bounty money in that case? By the looks of the article, Codex did all of the work actually finding a bug. Shouldn't the money go to OpenAI?
In the hypothetical tuesday, the only actual input from a person was from support. So why are they keeping the programmer around?
> Also, when left-handed writing became accepted, there were special left handed pens
its still a very unnatural action to do when writing, compared to a backslash
> Finally, how do you know nobody did that, and got harassed for writing incorrectly?
The parent asserts that it was invented for computer use, not beforehand. If a left handed person does it, its been invented beforehand
God I wish I had the energy to have 2 fulltime jobs. I barely have enough for 1
I'm surprised no left handed writer before the computer age tried to do a forward slash, found it doesn't work, and said "fuck it" and did a backslash
Teach your son consent and respect, two qualities that seem to be severely lacking these days
I get why its for coders, but what makes it "for adventurers"?
> "as AI summaries"
Why not publish the actual emails? Why do they need to be summarised, perhaps incorrectly?
Yeah, you can take advantage of the increased data rate of video, but you'd have to be careful about the distortion that comes with VHS, so you couldn't just convert each three bytes to a pixel of colour and run them all together in a video. QR codes was just an example familiar to the layperson, you could probably use much more data dense systems given you know know exactly where the data is going to be, but it would be very headache-inducing to watch, unless you made 1-frame datablasts or similar
This design is generally called Meltybrain, and it has been in professional robot fighting too. Nuts 2 was in Robot Wars, and got surprisingly far into the competition for being viewed as somewhat of a joke entry (all the roboteers were a bit mad and had silly clothes). It's success wasn't always its fault, but it was still very impressive
Since it's essentially running on a custom VCR, couldn't you put the actual game on the VHS tape? EG put a series of QR codes as frames that store the binary executable data (You could do something more clever but you get the concept). Video is gigantic, filesize-wise, and I'm sure you could store the data for DOOM in the same space.
If you wanted it to still play normally in a standard VCR (like it plays a recording of gameplay in a normal VCR, but loads the actual game in the custom vcr), you could store the data in the parts of the signal outside the normally rendered frame, like how captions are stored off the bottom of the screen. There's quite a few lines there that could be taken advantage of
