- Last 9 months: lead engineer of an in-house, Stripe-compatible billing and payments platform that replaced Stripe Billing for a company's subscription products. Took it from the first weeks to production in 5 weeks: Go monorepo with 4 services, PostgreSQL outbox and SKIP LOCKED queues, state machines, Apple Pay / Google Pay / 3-D Secure, dunning with A/B-tested retry policies, settlement reconciliation. Owned production on-call; every postmortem became an enforced engineering rule.

- AI-first workflow with Claude Code: project rules, custom audit subagents, AI review of every merge request in CI, and a daily LLM digest of production health that was adopted company-wide.

- Before that: 7 years at an HR-tech e-signature SaaS, from developer to CTO and co-owner, leading a cross-functional team of 8.
