90% of time is spent in 10% of code(for some value of 90/10). As a concept, this will give you freedom to use extensive Python ecosystem, flexibility to write glue code etc. in a more 'accessible' language.

President of USA, travels with a ~100 men security cover all the time, does not mean USA is unsafe to move around and you should stay in home with a gun in hand.

Is this even an argument? We don't pay for Apple's engineers/designers, Foxconn's workers when buying an iPhone. But they won't be paid if iPhone stops selling.

iPad / iPhone are captive rich markets, where only Safari is available. So companies/devs will keep on testing/supporting for it.

In principle it may be wrong, but in reality I'll like it as I don't re read lots of books, so getting money back on all read books is nice.

So you recommend carrying a Phone, Camera, GPS device, music player, laptop, barometer, torch etc. instead of one Phone as long as all o/p in text.

It is not that difficult, just a matter of taste/preferences. There are 10s of veggies which you can cook in all combinations and with spices. Add bread, rice and you'll have dozens of dishes with all nutrients.

I am using mac from about 4 years, because it is standard at company. While hardware is decent (2015 Pro). I don't understand the fanboyism around OS. It's not keyboard friendly (e.g. can't quickly open menus without mouse), it force maximize to desktop, but multiple desktop support sucks. Multi monitor support is mediocre at best.

The issues mentioned are not related to Electron or technology in any way. This is just complete apathy to the users. I am not even surprised, between all the google communication apps, not even sure which one this blog post is about.

VSCode seems unstoppable. From my limited understanding, it has very powerful architecture, and it will be most popular editor for .net, Go, Python, Rust in couple of years.

My office is 3km from nearest Metro station in a hot humid country. If I walk it would take me 20-30 mins and I'll reach office tired and sweaty. Current scenario, my company provides cab that drives me 20 km in peak traffic. Alternate, I take a folding scooter, which I can carry in Metro and reach office in 10 mins still presentable.

What are the cost projections for system? If ~95-99% of customers (living in densely populated area) don't adopt it, economics may make it unviable for rest also.
