> It clearly contradicts your statement that Russia and the Ukraine are at war.
No, it displays inertia of two big and complex systems.
> I quoted the sentence that needs factual proofs.
You got them. The whole site is created by EU and dedicated to disproof Russian propaganda, with links to propaganda narratives and factual materials.

About EU vs Disinformation campaign
This website is part of a campaign to better forecast, address and respond to pro-Kremlin disinformation. The ‘EU versus Disinformation’ campaign is run by the European External Action Service East Stratcom Task Force. The team was set up after the EU Heads of State and Government stressed the need to challenge Russia’s ongoing disinformation campaigns in March 2015.
2) All coal plants in the world combined cannot make land inhabitable for millennia.
Why few orders of magnitude greater effort cannot help Russia, while much smaller effort helps USA a lot?
Solar panel can be installed at roofs, so it can double as shelter, and power loss due to transmission can be lowered. Backup gravitational battery can provide backup power on site for short (hours) periods of time, to cheaply offset energy from peak of production at noun to peak of consuming at evening. Efficiency of solar panels can be improved up to 80%, so they can reduce need for air cooling.

My brothers were unable to escape. Younger brother had problems with thyroid, but survived. (I had problems with thyroid too, but at much smaller scale). Older brother had brain surgery about two months ago, but it's unknown is it helped or not yet.
Wildlife is thriving in my area too, because people abandon homes and move to cities instead.
However, if you like it, you can create similar exclusion zone near to you. Just vote for nuclear power and wait until next nuclear disaster.
Can you share more about how you generate HTML from your markdown, and how you share result, please?
BTW: Will you move to Chornobyl to demonstrate that radioactivity is safe? Land is cheap here.

Easy to store. Easy to share. Easy to edit at any device with plain text editor.The only feature I miss is grouping of sub-tasks. For example, I may want to group all subtasks from all projects(topics), which I need to do at place X (e.g. at parents home), so I will prepare for them. I cannot select them all without using of SQL engine or grep like tool. If editor can highlight a search term, it helps, but for long lists it easy to miss.
fn find_replaced_sequence_length(sequence: String) -> usize {
// Replace the following patterns, one at a time:
let substs = vec![
("tHa[Nt]", "<4>"),
("aND|caN|Ha[DS]|WaS", "<3>"),
("a[NSt]|BY", "<2>"),
("<[^>]*>", "|"),
("\\|[^|][^|]*\\|", "-"),
];
// Perform the replacements in the sequence:
substs
.iter()
.fold(sequence, |s, (re, replacement)| {
regex(re)
.replace_all(&s, NoExpand(replacement)).into_owned()
}).len()
}
It measures performance of RE engine. I can switch from regex crate to PCRE2, and program performance will match C.regexredux program is outlier in Rust, because replacement of a regex in string is slower in regex crate, because author of regex crate chose to implement safer, but slower algorithm. To fix this, regex crate must be updated or replaced. I spent two weekends on this.

In the 17th and 18th centuries, the demand for Chinese goods (particularly silk, porcelain, and tea) in Europe created a trade imbalance between Qing Imperial China and Great Britain. European silver flowed into China through the Canton System, which confined incoming foreign trade to the southern port city of Canton. To counter this imbalance, the British East India Company began to grow opium in India and smuggle them into China illegally. The influx of narcotics reversed the Chinese trade surplus, drained the economy of silver, and increased the numbers of opium addicts inside the country, outcomes that worried Chinese officials.
In 1839, the Daoguang Emperor, rejecting proposals to legalize and tax opium, appointed viceroy Lin Zexu to go to Canton to halt the opium trade completely[8]. Lin wrote to Queen Victoria an open letter in an appeal to her moral responsibility to stop the opium trade.[9] When he failed to get a response, he initially attempted to get foreign companies to forfeit their opium stores in exchange for tea, but this ultimately failed too. Then Lin resorted to using force in the western merchants' enclave. He confiscated all supplies and ordered a blockade of foreign ships to get them to surrender their opium supply. Lin confiscated 20,283 chests of opium (approximately 1210 tons or 2.66 million pounds)[10].
The British government responded by dispatching a military force to China and in the ensuing conflict, the Royal Navy used its naval and gunnery power to inflict a series of decisive defeats on the Chinese Empire,[7] a tactic later referred to as gunboat diplomacy.

Yep.

It's open source. If you need it, take care about it, OR pay to a somebody else to take care about it. Nobody will work for you for free.
It's like roads. Roads are free, because lot of drivers are using it every day, so they are paying taxes to build and maintain them, but road to your house in the middle of nowhere is not free, because nobody shares it with you. However, road making tech is open sourced, so you can build your own road if you need it.
Of course, you can use paid road, if you want, because they are providing better service for small pay per ride, or you can hire developer company to build private road to your house and then payback loan to a bank. It's up to you.
But statements like "free and open roads are bad, because road to my own house costs lot of money for me" is just childish play. Roads are not free to build and maintain. Roads are free and open to use, but only because they are paid by someone else. For your own private road, pay with your own labor or money.
Create ticket in bug trackers of all major distributions and describe the problem and your proposed solution. If your vision is right and attractive, developers will join the movement. This isn't hard, it's just time-consuming.
Whole GNU foundation was created to bash with this "solution", then Linux kernel + GNU runtime was used to create Linux distributions, which are free from binary-only distribution problem, but developers are creative.
Why not just ship partially compiled binary or IR code, or obfuscated source with open-source adaptation layer? It will make adaptation problem much easier for end user at any distribution or/and architecture.
