Which image/video are you referring to? As far as I can tell, the colors are not used to represent race, but to convey different kinds of information. For example, in Figure 1 and 3 of the paper, the color indicates different points in time. In the video, the colors indicate different motion generation methods. I would not classify "orange", "blue" and "purple" as Caucasian, but if you want even more colors, you can have a look at the original paper where color coding was used to differentiate between different skinning methods (Figure 2).

What does "bit" sound like in French?

Situation after the user survey has been evaluated:

Not my experience. I tried their abuse email address, their abuse report form and I even made an account to contact support, but did not even receive a reply. Over 30 websites are still up. But to be fair, the websites are about selling certain pills and not about phishing.

That is one of the most careful uses of "probably" that I have ever seen.

Our physics department did that with no success. All questions and answers were collaboratively collected by students in a shared Dropbox folder.

You have to be certain beyond any reasonable doubt for each case of cheating. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to document that.

I can confirm this.

Personally, I have seen as high as 10 %, but those numbers were heavily skewed towards students who could only speak Chinese. Not sure what was up with them.

I do not teach anymore, but I have heard that the situation became much worse in the last few years.

As a TA, I can tell you that there is no form of assignment that can not be cheated on. For example, essays and papers will usually contain sections copied straight from literature or from other students.

Another common proposal is to give individual assignments to each student, but it is usually impossible to make equally difficult assignments, so this approach is not very fair. It also does not work when students are paying other people to do the assignments for them, which has become a huge problem over the last few years with the commercialization of cheating through various platforms.
