Will the opt-out be easily disabled during setup or will it be hidden in options?

Don't use plaintext, use LaTeX. Since paragraphs are separated by an empty line, you can have each sentence on a separate in a paragraph on a separate line and have it still formatted as a paragraph in the final document. This allows for better diffs. Here is an example:

Re:BBC News launches 'dark web' Tor mirror on Thursday October 24, 2019 @12:40PM (#21346301)
RT covers factual news. They just choose to cover news that makes America, et al look bad and choose to not cover news that makes Russia look bad. Opinion pieces are of course opinions, not news, and are also usually pro-Russian policy opinions.
To put some perspective on this, Intel's Marketing, general and administrative costs in 2018 were 6.7 billion[0] whereas AMD's net revenue was 6.4 billion[1].

Because Intel paid Dell and others to not use AMD[0][1]. Dell officially ended their Intel exclusivity 13 years ago when they agreed to sell servers with Opterons[2].

I might be misunderstanding you or the abstract but I think the effect occurs in only in male rats. It isn't that they only tested male rats.
To me, free will implies choice. I don't see how non-determinism is equivalent to choice. I can see it as necessary but not sufficient. I do not see how the "free will theorem" shows that elementary particles are choosing their spin. It seems that they mean free will differently than I do.

If the NSA revelations have shown anything, it is that meta data is very valuable.
I favor the idea of free will but I don't buy this argument. Everything in the universe is bound by the same physics/quantum mechanics but you wouldn't say a rock has free will.
Re:Why Did ArchLinux Embrace Systemd? (2016) on Monday October 21, 2019 @12:49PM (#21314407)
There was a switch away from SysV init for particular reasons, not change for the sake of change.

Why are public cloud providers more trustworthy than VPN providers? Some VPN providers are sketchy but not all of them.

> Because a VPN in this sense is just a glorified proxy. The VPN provider can see all your traffic, and do with it what they want - including logging.

So can my ISP and they have been confirmed to sell customer data and work directly with NSA.
