My biggest frustration as a small business. Each month you need to deep dive in website of every service you use to find your invoice. Big company like Facebook and Google need 20 click to find your invoice. No way to automate this. I dream about a standard or a service that just collect all invoice on your google drive/dropbox.

Worst than 0 and 1 is to have the choice. In Visual Basic 6 you have the option between the base 0 or 1 for each module. It make debugging a nightmare and you can create bug just by copy/pasting code from one program to other with a different base index.

We convince him to keep the tool, but the damage was done. Project, training of user, development.. everything start to stall because nobody want to work with something that will be replace. 4 years later we still have to tell people that this is still the tool to use, but everybody just think it obsolete.
