Interesting idea. The problem of getting users to your platform is difficult. You need users to attract other users. No one is joining without other people on it. Just throwing out ideas, but you need to seed a starting set of users somehow. Friends, family, co-workers. Maybe some incentive for them to join and leave a review.
Re:Ask HN: Are you using OpenClaw or similar agents? How? on Tuesday March 24, 2026 @03:44AM (#47499648)
With a bunch new Claude features released lately, not really seeing a use for OpenClaw (especially if you're already on some Claude plan)
try scrolling the slider very quickly, sounds like an f1 car
Re:Ask HN: Who is still using Windsurf and why? on Friday March 20, 2026 @06:44AM (#47452822)
thought it's now run by cognition (creators of devin)
Re:Cursor Composer 2 is just Kimi K2.5 with RL on Friday March 20, 2026 @06:42AM (#47452803)
From a users perspective, do we really care what model we're using under the hood? Or how well the software is solving our problems?

Seems like cursor is trying to build a "thicker wrapper" beyond the harness. Either to protect against Anthropic shutting them off or increase margins.

Re:Ask HN: Is vibe coding a new mandatory job requirement? on Thursday March 19, 2026 @04:54AM (#47436594)
If we're talking about the ability code via prompting, then I would think so. However, I don't think its a skill that a reasonable competent dev can't pick up in a couple of weeks.

But yet again, if you've never touched any form of agentic coding in 2026 that probably says something about your character.

Re:Ask HN: How do you deal with people who trust LLMs? on Thursday March 19, 2026 @04:46AM (#47436544)
You can't change someone if they don't want to be changed

There's multitude of reasons someone would blindly trust LLM: laziness, lack of confidence, need for assurance, you name it.

You just gotta stand your ground and end up agreeing to disagree

Re:Mistral AI Releases Forge on Wednesday March 18, 2026 @05:44AM (#47423555)
Interesting how Mistral is investing into training models for industry specific use cases. With the commoditization of intelligence by base models, they're probably looking to creating value from specialized verticals.

got humbled by the amount of times I got nematode
Re: on Wednesday March 18, 2026 @05:30AM (#47423473)
seems pretty useful and easy to setup
This is cool. I'm kind of looking to upgrade my GPU. How is the value score calculated?
Re:Do you really need an agent? on Tuesday March 17, 2026 @07:16AM (#47411133)
The whole go buy a mac mini to run openclaw thing I don't really get. What levels of personal agent automation do people really need? I use claude code every day and I don't think there's anything that couldn't be done with some skills and subagents.
The first point is so true. How do people expect me to work with their 20 page "deep research" document that's built by a crappy prompt and they didn't even bother to proofread.
