No, people enjoy methematics for the inner journey and for the depth it offers that is orthogonal to everythibg in existance. Learning math is awesome, furthering the field is just paying your dues
I think you missed the point entierly. The problem is not people turning their brains off, the problem is brains wony be needed anymore in the near future, not even meat proxy brains
5 to 10 years of 20% unemployment could be verydangerous in places like the us
This looks really nice ill check this out
Your math is pretty bad
50$/h is a yearly cost of going by swedish standards,
50$/h × 40h/week × 48 weeks / year = 96k$/year
At that rate is a really shitty bargin for 30% increase in productivity. Even if you drop it to 20$/h and sort of break even, you are loosing competens building and teory building, decreasing the likeleyhood of making architectual progress and risk getting bogged down in a swamp.
Nice! For the phone you might want to consider orgzly revived, yiu can point it to a git repo of your choise
Ok I got to ask, why is anybody wasting hard earned money for running these bots? Or is it actually not that expensive?
Im a bit out of the loop. What's the main differences between this one and gptel?
Is it possible to set up this kind of workflow with the plug in that comes bundled with vs code, given that you have an enterprise github copilot account that includes Claude?
Is it doable with just pro?
What's the cost of running with agents like this?
Well,of course you get who ever you elected, that's a trueism that holds for any method.
What method do you prefer?Trust in the market and chose the one with the highest price,
or, choose the one recommended by most, aka the popular choice or the elected?
In the end this is relies allmost completely on proprietary AI as a service services, right? I think the exact services should be advertised as well to help understand the limitations of the device.
E.g. Can I use this device for any language or is it just English. Can it do translations?
Can you recommend any good literature on the subject?
Well, not if you have to sell at a loss and still have the full loan
I guess everybody with a moral compass is gone
Most people define it as the smallest set extending (the smallest set extending Z\{0} where * is invertible) where + is invertible
Its not really a question about want, its a question about facts. Their actions will make a significant mark on the future. So far it seems like they are trying to promote positive changes such as inclusion and equality. Which is far far far fucking really infinitely far better than trying to promote exclusion and inequality
The behaviour seems perfectly reasonable to me. They are not in the business of reflecting reality, they are in the business of creating it. To me what you call wokeness seems like a pretty good improvement
Chatgpt with some added function calling?
I dont know, I would never put these tools in a decision making position, and never provide them with my cc. Gather information, sure, mutate my financials or even my inbox, no way in hell
Is it just me or is massive data destruction scarey as hell?
This reminds me. There was a paper published a couple of years ago and posted here on HN that actually calculated the probability of life aminoacid-based life emerging. Based on the complexity of the chain needed to start replicating.
The conclusion was that it was vanishingly small in the observable universe but only close to 0 in the full universe.
I've since tried to find it without luck. Does anybody here know where I can read it or remember the article I'm talking about?
Such a LLM model will never exist.
I use vanilla firefox on Android and dont se any shit like that. So i say you have maleware
I did like the tid its about Chinese history as well, and the ending quote about whos winning was very memorable:)
What is it that draws you so much to the threebody problem?
I honestly thought it was pretty much crap, but maybe i am missing something.
A deepness in the sky, really nice story about aliens, spiders, culture. Both light, enjoyable, dark and thoughtprovoking
Well there are some recurring themes:
- both have really vivid alien races
- both explore how information shapes culture (this on in sub c, which is more interesting)
The difference is that this one takes place in a more realistic universe and has a deeper focus on the role of human culture.
Thats not to say its an entirely intellectual book, it is inface much more exciting than Fire
Am i reading it right that the fine tune a model using 20 examples and 5 epochs? That seems really weird for me
So far its more interesting than fire. Really recommend it
