Hi, this is not directly relevant to the opening posted here but I saw a data-adjacent role opened in your company career page so I just shot out an email. I'm a data analyst with 3+ YOE, with my most recent experience in a healthtech startup. My email is [email protected]

I'm a data analyst with an MSc in Statistics. For the last two years I was the person behind the numbers at a health tech startup, from late seed to Series B. Most of the job was taking a vague question from the CEO, CFO or a clinical lead and turning it into something they could act on.

A few things I worked on:

- Built the Databricks pipelines and a dbt project on ClickHouse behind about 10 dashboards that the billing and triage teams ran their day on.

- When monthly revenue dropped, I dug in and found two causes: a program policy change, and a billing cycle that didn't line up with the calendar months our audit tool assumed. A teammate used that to re-approve some rejected patients and win back part of it. I walked the CFO through the whole thing.

- Used an LLM (DSPy on Databricks) to recover a missing field from call, voicemail and text logs, so a billing workflow could be audited.

- Checked whether a care management program reduced patient visits. It didn't, and I reported it exactly like that.

Earlier on I did meta-analysis in outcomes research, and my MSc thesis was Bayesian models for spatial epidemics.

I'm open to full-time, contract, or a small project (a two-week look at your metrics, say). If you have data that nobody quite trusts yet, I'd like to hear about it.

Fluent in English and Burmese.
