Would love to see a blog post on building it some time, I think the last vaguely similar (but serious) rundown in this vein was “One process programming notes”.

Just on the timeframe: there haven’t been any major changes to the CBP population over the last few years, the major reorganization, cultural... adjustments and hiring sprees that inflated and led to our current situation occurred after 9/11 and throughout the aughts.
BP specifically went from like 4K in the 90s to 20k by 2010, the damage was done a while ago.

Napoleon never set foot within a thousand kilometers of a similar climate, the closest he came was in exile.

She only won 95k out of 162k while spending an outrageous (if trends from 14 & 16 hold) amount against a poorly funded republican opponent, that’s quite embarrassing and open to another D from what I can see.

There are large portions of the world where you could walk your bike to work ~1km away and still arrive quite sweaty, cycling simply isn’t a viable option in a lot of cases if that’s the concern.

Which isn’t functional in the least, especially given how it’s typically used in academia in my experience!
