The point here is Israel can no longer be considered in the same basket as EU/5-eyes/AUKUS/however you precisely decide to slice that line. It's shown long standing and increasingly brazen willingness to inflict collateral damage on anyone and anything to achieve its objectives in a way is becoming harder and harder to reconcile with broader western interests. Any company deploying Israeli-owned/controlled cybersecurity software (and there's a lot) should be viewing it with the same threat model they would Kaspersky or 360 or they might find their infrastructure used to power the next one of these attacks.
