Sure I can do the math to calculate it in my head and take a few seconds.
How many meters are in 240cm? Don't need to 'calculate' it the same method. I just move the decimal over. 2.4m...
I say this as an American who finds our use of Imperial pointless. Infact, there is a highway in Arizona that uses metric instead of imperial, as it was a part of our move to metric. (The current measuring and weights system in the United States is based on Metric, we do use it, just converted into another measure)
My '05 Nissan Altima let me start the engine with a physical key, and then lock the car with the fob.
The 'riots' you're thinking of took place in a rather racially segregated and historically significant part of my city that isn't downtown... Urban environments have existed for centuries, even millennia. Ancient cities were dense and had many a people within their walls.
Isn't this the city that gave a few hundred million away from it's earmarked infrastructure and maintenance budge to the police department over the past half decade?
The bigger issue with larger vehicles is their height around people current full size or even mid-size SUVs and trucks have gotten larger than their former variants. You're much more likely as a pedestrian to get run over than to be hit by a car and land on the hood or the windshield (which is by far the better position to be in during an accident). The crash bar behind the bumper on all cars have a thick layer of foam that contributes to the 'softness' of a bumper.
This may change soon to only be the WRX and BRZ with a stick shift next year, but currently their lineup is rather competitive for AWD compact cars.
Tesla paraded their new truck with 'stainless steel body panels all around'. I don't know about you, but I've banged my shin into a steel tow hitch. I don't want anything remotely close to that on the road.

No turbo to consume oil, no software to control the car. The Radio has Android Auto, and some software updates available for some nice 'radio features', like showing you the news, weather, sports information, etc. Never used it.
I still own a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo, safety and gas mileage were my reasons for getting the Subaru, as well as my desire to modify the Isuzu.
Of course the name doesn't help, but it isn't impossible to join if you don't have one.
So I either have to picture Joe as someone who's been infected with worms to the point that he needed a dewormer to help him, or he's giving a poor amount of anecdotal evidence. While the first is certainly able to exist, it's highly unlikely given his chances of having the parasitic infections are incredibly reduced in the United States.
I'm quite sure that this still happens only to lesser extents. Compare European food regulations to U.S. food regulations. American food while not explicitly killing people outright still has some ghosts in its past that are present in today's foods. See the Coca-Cola, Sugar companies, and 'fat-free' corporate lobbying of the FDA, as well as the huge advertising for terrible food has affected Americans.
The U.S. has food deserts, where fresh produce and food is either too expensive or impossible to find with substitutes being boxed goods laden with sugar and grains from the whale of corporations like General Mills and Kellogs.
Historically (in the U.S.) it was rooted in racism post-U.S. civil war. Now, less so. The history is still there, and the inability of poor people to obtain an account still exist. It excludes people from getting mortgages, loans, investing, etc. Cash App has become a digital bank for many of the unbanked. Before Cash App, decades ago, we had the U.S. Postal Service providing some banking services to Americans. (No, the USPS attempting to help Americans in this manner is not new, we've done it before)
Each of the people at the DMV have been helpful for me when I got custom plates, titled a car, renewed my license, etc. Only one time did I have to make a trip home to get missing documentation due to extenuating circumstances.
My first assumption by the subtitle was the 'SFW Fan-Creator Platform' essentially a SFW variant of OnlyFans. In which case, OnlyFans was able to function with a browser only setup... why can this not follow for Fan house?
I use Patreon in the browser, checking on posts via email. And don't get me wrong, I dislike the in-ability to sideload applications on iOS, but that's much par for the course with Apple.
Funnily enough, I can name numerous people who use iPhone 13 Pros/Pro Maxes, just bought this past year and are certainly making less than median wage.
Part of it is fashion, 'not appearing poor', and they may only know iOS due to a history of using it. So no, the very rich aren't the only ones buying iPhones. The stigma that they are phones for the wealthy should go, just as the idea that Android phones are for the poor.
Many people I know who make well more than three or four times what I do use a variety of Android devices.
Quite sure most people, the vast majority of people would rather this be tightened up just for the fact that they don't want to have others living under their identity.
As for brothers sharing a passport, I doubt that these laws would affect them the same way, especially if they're twins and pass for each other. But then, just because they can do so, doesn't mean that they should.
I never ended up building anything from it quite yet (maybe soon), but the possibility is there, and the data is free to obtain. You have to register for an API key, but again, it's still free. The photos are updated quite frequently if I remember correctly.
Same thing can be said about the National Weather Service. You can get your weather forecasts in nice JSON formats from NOAA, all whilst not having to sell your data to The Weather Channel, or whatever alternatives exist for weather apps on Android.
