Although you are saying the team comes from "a wide variety of backgrounds," the jobs page suggest that it is a "prerequisite" to like playing board games, and the "dress policy" is to wear t-shirts. Is this humor? (Maybe I am failing this test - OK.) Or are there strict cultural requirements that exclude people who are different? Please explain.
