The last two points are not contradictory.
So if it was down, how did it affect global security metrics?
This is wrong. Completely. Russia never negotiated in good faith. The only goal of these negotiations were an attempt to force very unfavorable terms on Ukraine - taking Ukrainian land and forcing them to destroy all their defence capacity without any warranty of no future invasion. Ukraine was never going to take such deal - no Westerner was needed to tell that. This is what people actually knowledgeable about the negation have revealed.
The problem is that Western media picks too easily up even the most stupid Russian narratives.
He is a genocide supporting cancer. The only thing that he cares is to be against US, so he supports Serbia and Putin. He has no problem to lie and deceive.
For now and unless turned on remotely or after every damn user is nagged to turn it on or after sneakely turned on with the next Edge update or ...
Perhaps. But they have advantage of 30-40 years of experience.
Daily recommend fluid intake for men is 3.7 liters (20% from food).
2l of something doesn't seem excessive.
I have seen this video. The complexity of life is mind blowing. Even more so the fact that we know anything about it.
I'll also recommend you to read HN guidelines.
The nature is diverse indeed.

Nothing in this story confirms the title.
Careful there. People also may also not feel good about being taken advantage off. They may also not feel good about valued less than a little more paying people.
This thing looks highly vulnerable. Can it float when there is an issue with its engines?
There are many forms of art. In many cases people can get for themselves cheap reproductions and could plaster their bedrooms with it if they ever wanted. Or if that is not good enough for them and they can't get original works of some famous expensive artist then they can find some starving ones and get their works.
The so called anti-Russian sentiment is nothing new. If we take US then it took the most clear form after WW2 when the real ambitions of communism infected Russia became clear to the US leadership.
It didn't disappear even during the interim period between end of 90s and recent years when many fooled themselves with false ideas how Russia is now their partner/friend/not enemy. There was still impactful number if congressmen and senarots who kept the realistic understanding.
So please, if you are not educated about the topic then please don't start calling names when you are corrected.
Is it still possible that the chains are there but are missed because of the disease very slow progress?
It looks like it was worthwhile to write it based on the feedback and especially as it has caused considerable itch in your rear end.
OK. The only communist "world power" at the time was USSR (Soviet Union) that was factually dominated and controlled by Russia. They had from the very beginning (revolution in Russia) dreamed about the world domination. They tried already right after the revolution to overtake Europe but were stopped by Poland. Next attempt was during WW2 but they were first stopped by Germany and then by US (partially, as even part of Germany was occupied by them).
USSR had very wide spy network and they had considerably infiltrated US.
China was also overtaken by communists and had some influence among some naive Western intellectuals but I don't know about direct influence in US (maybe it existed, I'm just not aware of it).
These days of course both Russia and China are actively attempting to extend their influence through spy networks or by manipulations in social media (and yes, there are also obvious shill accounts here).
I'm not from US, but fair enough, just the article is very obviously about US if you cared to read it even superficially.
But now I'm curious from where you are from and how you don't know about civil rights movement of blacks in US. Does the name Martin Luther King tell you anything?
The context here is clearly US - hint: FBI.
I'm sorry, it is not whataboutism. It demonstrates that these accusations are political attack, started by a country that belongs to a political group that was behind initiating the 7th October genocide. Unless of course you can show that members of a terrorist organisation are protected group.
Accused by SA, that has stated that they will not arrest a suspect wanted internationally for crime of genocide. Irony, isn't it? Of course the irony of it is even deeper if we take into account the historical background.
Looks like victim blaming when there should be enough evidence to demonstrate genocidal intent of the 7th October attack.
Even worse, it now appears that UN itself may have participated in genocide against Jews and this time directly and not just by material support.
What a time to be alive.
Traveling certainly is pleasing but I'll recommend also to read and be mindful about what you read and why something has been written.
And it's good. The point was that part of it was clearly a counter culture in opposition of white dominated main culture. This is completely something that a state level adversary may attempt to infiltrate given an opportunity.
And they tried and keep trying. A little recent refresher

These were not alternative views but systematic work of foreign adversary trying to infiltrate US political system through its sympathisers in attempt to distort US policies to make US weaker, at minimum. But of course perhaps you are the kind of person who would argue the same if we swapped USSR with Nazi Germany.
And what comes to McCarthy then he had every right to be extremely paranoid about the activities of Soviet Union in attempts to secretly influence American politics from the within. The work of American counter intelligence agencies is a clear proof of it.
