I’d been looking for an alternative for years but couldn’t find one I like (Alacritty doesn’t support pane splitting, Wezterm has full code config which I hate, Kitty doesn’t look good on Mac, Terminal.app is dog slow…). Just migrated to Zen this afternoon using https://github.com/Thinkscape/arc-to-zen, it's ok so far. I tried Zen a few months ago and at the time it didn't feel great compared to Arc (some transitions were not very smooth, some things didn't work just like in Arc) but it's really improved. After just a few hours I don't really feel a difference.

Are you sure it's 20 years? I don't think selling more than the registry max limit (10 years) is allowed by the registry-registrar agreement. Also you should never renew for the max period, because you lock yourself in with your current registrar for at least a year (to transfer your domain name to another registrar you need to be able to renew it for at least 1 year, which you can't do if you renewed for 10 years). Being locked in with a registrar can be risky
