The times you’ve been there, did you make the rounds at popular touristy places? Rent at those places are extremely high, $3000+ for a 2 bed in heart of Brickell. If you move in lands away from touristy place it’s not that impressive. Home insurance is high because of hurricane / flooding risks.
Like I said, not a good place if you want your money to go far. Plenty of things to like about it if you visit, like the food, the pretty scenery at popular places.

I absolutely do NOT recommend Miami if you indeed want your money to go far. Try Tampa or Space Coast instead.
edit to add this: Miami is certainly a nice place to visit, but not to live.

Hmm, so 2000IU. That doesn’t seem like a lot, but I guess it really depends on the person.

Perhaps the restaurant uses a lot more rice for the rolls and the nigiris, or offer to fill up patrons with green tea or miso soup. Or, they are constantly busy and make their margins by the sheer number of patrons coming in for the incredible deal!

I think this could do more with your running form and listening to your body than your will that kept you going. It might be worth checking out your form with a running coach. Either way, wishing you a speedy recovery.

I am the same way but I started taking vitamin b1 and that seemed to help me a ton in reducing the number of bites.
