Not much different from over the top movies by Tom Cruise.
Workday. Intentionally misleading design, discouraging anything any user wants to do in the portal. Absolutely unintuitive.

Repl.it is a life-saver. Easy, quick, friendly. I won't be surprised if it replaces coderpro for interviews. Collab feature is also amazing.

+1 The social context is what's missed in interpretation by outsiders.

In other words, they are making a system work, doesn't mean that the system is right in the first place and is universally applicable.

Another point I might add: Please factor in the rate of unemployment and the limited choices for labor when measuring the happiness of these "unskilled" workers.

Lack of exposure means we rationalize the existing situation and convince ourselves that this is good. I'm sure there are some dabbawalas thinking "It is what it is. There are no other jobs available, so I might as well."

Hey, looks great! Can't wait to try it out. I wish I could connect to Snowflake.
I've been using Snowflake for a while now and the Data Sharing feature they have is weirdly close to what I'm reading here. Anonymization, masking a column etc. Anyone with similar experience as mine? Or anyone who's knowledgeable enough to compare this product with Snowflake for me?
In other words, AWS used the stones to sustain the stones.
This might be an off topic question.

Do you think startups shouldn't be bearing the burden of sponsoring an H1B? The reason I ask is, there's great talent going to big tech because Startups are not in a position to sponsor H1B. Otherwise I myself would love working for a YC startup.

Do you think YC and potentially VCs should handle this part for startups just so they can attract good talent?

Or are there any other alternatives you'd suggest to help this case?
