Wow. That makes me anxious. It really makes me feel like the seconds come and go.
Re:GitHub Sponsors will stop supporting PayPal on Monday January 23, 2023 @06:04PM (#34496366)
I have actually had a really good experience with braintree (a paypal service, competes with Stripe).
I have never heard of any of the apps in the new app dock.
It’s got to be some sort of Multi Level Marketing thing. You buy three towers, sell your friends three towers, they sell 3 towers each. Boom. Money. Wait, that is actually a good idea for a mesh network.

I'd never buy a medical device like that from Google.
Re:Pluralsight lays off 400 employees – 20% workforce on Monday December 12, 2022 @06:14PM (#33961854)
Same. I don't know what they're all doing to be honest.
Re:Pluralsight lays off 400 employees – 20% workforce on Monday December 12, 2022 @06:14PM (#33961851)
Dang :/ I have a friend that works there. I wonder if they're still employed.

I feel bad but as a dev I've tried this and didn't care for it. I've had better success with udemy, youtube, books, and slowing down and reading the docs.

It's still a life goal of mine to ride on a 747.

Re:Defrag Like It's 1993 on Friday December 17, 2021 @08:14AM (#29591644)
I just realized this is my first white noise machine that would put me to sleep after sitting and messing with my computer all night. I'd finally do the defrag and listen to that hard drive or whatever it was making that noise. And go peacefully to sleep. Just to be awoken a couple hours later by someone letting me know I was late for school.
Re:Marketing is scary for a solo developer on Monday December 13, 2021 @08:56AM (#29539586)
I feel motivated to go write up some marketing posts for my apps now. Thanks for motivating me :)

I was just thinking about how it needs to be a small simple habit. One post a day, and don't look at it and get nervous and delete it right after I post it.

Thanks!

Re:Canistilluse.com on Thursday August 26, 2021 @01:05AM (#28310911)
Wait, why are alert, prompt, and confirm being deprecated? So we are going to need to write poly fills for old features?
Re:Munin Website Redesigned on Tuesday April 20, 2021 @09:22AM (#26874257)
Oh sweet! I have been having fun playing with Jekyll lately, glad to see it’s still gaining popularity.
