Re:When I reject AI code even if it works on Sunday June 21, 2026 @12:59AM (#48615822)
I'd rather blowtorch my nipples off than yell at a computer all day
Re:Volkswagen started blocking GrapheneOS users on Wednesday June 17, 2026 @11:51AM (#48572186)
Increasingly these kinds of apps are a requirement for a lot of features so ...
Is there a way to sign up without using Google/Apple sign-in?
Ahead of the market maybe but Teslas just suck eggs.
Generally speaking, in real life, people tend to get kicked out of places for being bigots.
I love how people tell on themselves by complaining about bsky moderation.
Lol what a waste of money
Keep boot licking I guess
One of the more satisfying things I do with new computers is disable secure boot.
The first time I experienced crowdstrike in a corporate environment it seemed obvious that something like this would eventually happen.
Until it doesn't
Also most microplastics in the environment are from rubber tires grinding away on road surfaces so the food packaging stuff is a little forest for the trees imo.

Yeah but a screenshot is an explicit action by the user where they have the opportunity to curate what is captured. That is not the case when it's just going on in the background.

Demos well, falls over in production after you've made the sale.
There's also composite bosons like cooper pairs which are just made up of two electrons.

Is anyone else just tired?
> The only service being run is a web client and relayers to permissionless smart contracts. I believe these are/were being run by a foundation.

They didn't build a service because it's "just" a web client and relayers is an interesting take but sadly, very stupid.

I don't think you understand how courts work
I'm going to imagine because when the government tells Spotify that people are laundering money through their platform they kill the account and hand over data to investigators?

They don't deliberately run a service explicitly built to enable money laundering.

Basic things you can think about if you try really.

No, privacy is not a crime... But money laundering is.

This comment is nonsense
The reason it didn't work is because it was a stupid idea by a stupid company.

The Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment at Fermilab
Not really it's just a cost of doing business and if paying that cost "legitimizes" you then the ROI is probably significant.
Re:On reddit: Someone in IT trolled me for over a decade on Tuesday March 12, 2024 @09:12AM (#39679056)
These stories are always outrageous and catharsis seems designed to be out of reach to encourage engagement with the problem.
Re:Ask HN: Did you encounter any leap year bugs today? on Thursday February 29, 2024 @06:31PM (#39556629)
"look, today the math just doesn't work out, try tomorrow"
Yeah you're ignoring a lot of people's realities to swallow that propaganda so voraciously.
Honestly, no real productive thing to say here I just think you're a judgemental asshole and I hope your underwear itches forever.
The point is people watched their parents struggle to raise kids and decide they aren't going to do that to themselves or their hypothetical kids.

There is more to do in a life than work and raise children.

Answering a problem with unenforceable garbage like this doesn't seem like a very sound strategy.
