Re:Engineered healthier sugar that tastes good on Monday March 09, 2020 @10:32PM (#22532238)
You could lessen the sugar even further by combining this with stevia to cover the bitterness that can happen with Stevia. More choices for the win

Have you looked into the portable CPAPs they are much smaller, Resmed has one. Still a pain but nice for travel. I’ve also seen online cpap companies that send you a at home test that qualifies for coverage.
But your house. If you want to freedom to move around then find a good management company and rent it out.
Agree or disagree on his take, the data deserves some consideration. Having started my own business young with success, I’ve been of the mindset that staring a risky venture is wiser in your youth. I’ve always told my friends to try something out while they’re young before they have all the monthly expenses of a family etc. But start small and validate the demand, and don’t quit your job because it’s funding your business. Otherwise debt can kill your runway and discourage taking further chances.
Re:In Defense of Daylight Saving Time on Tuesday November 12, 2019 @06:01PM (#21519193)
Make the switch to DST permanent. Much better having longer days in the summer, which also helps not having to fight against light telling your body to not go to bed. This switch messes people up so bad for days or weeks

I’ve been thinking for a long time that a blinking yellow would be revolutionary and simple. They should make the yellow begin to blink when it’s x number is seconds from going red. Because as is you have little reference to how soon it will shift.
How far along in the approval process is your gel? Is it similar to Evogel?
For our honeymoon we booked through Costco travel to Cancun and it was a great value, and one of the benefits was knowing they had our back if there were any flight cancellation/delays. My wife had used them a year previous to Hawaii which had a flight cancellation. The airline wouldn’t make her whole on the hotels/excursions. But Costco went to bat and got all of her money back and some.

I'm guessing that in some states it might be legally questionable while not federally across the board
Exactly! They didn't mention cost in the correct way in the article, only saying that it costs less because it's a small tunnel. Instead of addressing the possible cost savings from advances in tunnel digger technology that Musk hopes to achieve. the first tunnels won't make as much financial sense as subsequent tunnels but they're have to start somewhere
FMT transplants have a very high success rate for treating C Diff infections that don't respond to antibiotics. Something like 70-80% success.

Now that the 16:8 fasting method is becoming more popular, more research is being done specifically for that regimine.

A little more info on Dr Berg: he's a chiropractor doctor not a medically trained doctor. He has a lot of good information, but it's also wise to verify any of his info from other sources.

I've done multiple 'free' tests that they try to bill through insurance and haven't had any issues. Whether the tests are yet accurate and useful I love the ease and hope they can develop a more in depth service.

Re:Donald Glover Can't Save You on Monday February 26, 2018 @02:46PM (#16468330)
“If I was white, I wouldn’t be sleeping on no couch” For a guy who has 2 or 3 'homes' his choice of sleeping on the couch at the office appears more to be a personal preference, that he feels keeps him in the game at his highest level. I've read countless stories of white guys sleeping on couches for their startup, Elon musk for example crashing on Sean Parkers couch instead of going to his house.

World In Conflict was a near perfect game! Multiplayer made for fast casual games, that you could leave anytime and another player would replace you. So it didn't interfere with real life. Always wish a sequel had come out.

Re:E-Bikes Offer Entry-Level Electric Transportation on Friday November 24, 2017 @06:13PM (#15773536)
I decided to buy an ebike last month. Turns out there was a lot of information to take in. Hub motors are great and cheap for cruising on flat roads. Crank drive motors/mid drive are great for power and torque for hills and mountain biking. Lunacycle.com is the best value I've found, I had sticker shock at first until I learned what's what.
Re:Vitamin D and cancer prevention on Monday November 13, 2017 @01:31PM (#15688725)
My opinion, the two most important vitamin levels to check are vitamin D and B12. Many people are easily deficient of both.

Some say 60-80 blood serum level is the optimal (80+ is possibly toxic) while others point to 40-50 as healthy
