Being incompetent and going beyond the requirements? The point is to have a minimum viable legal complication to put him into process that could convert to extradition while preferably having some anonymity requirements to hinder public scrutiny.
It is hard to criticize what works, but the second witness appears to be their asset.. Managing a vulnerable person into a situation and then into filing a complaint.

Ironic claims for me to see, observing the legal profession was the first time I noticed formatting could be irrelevant. LexisNexis on a text browser with dot matrix was just as legally binding as the case references before it.. Similarly the early ToS display.

That was the civil war, maybe in 2026 the uncivil one begins. (But I think it will just be a more general unravelling.)

It is maybe a bit cannibalistic to NIMBY politics though.. I have to wonder if we won't actually get the massive housing development we need as owners consolidate and have fewer votes and little social or political clout. Hotels and smaller community landlords had their arguments to sway many around them.

Right, better to take the other side where anyone who appears to be a fame seeker who raped his wife couldn't plausibly have been setup by a standard CIA maneuver.

How many major national magazines publish good articles? The inverted pyramid is from newspapers and bears resemblance to scientific publishing while magazines bear more resemblance to the human interest crap between events when presenting the Olympics. Perfectly fine I suppose but then it's nice if they don't get confused about appropriate subjects.

It would probably have to be normalized to something slightly different as lines of code necessary to a feature varies by language.. But even with the sad state of CVE quality, I would certainly prefer a language that deflects CVEs for a kernel that is both in places with no updates and in places with forced updates for relevant or irrelevant CVE.
