Has anyone had an experience with this? It looks pretty cool, although I'm probably never going to use it since I write mostly with my keyboard.

Try living off philanthropy in your old age.

That's honestly more a question for physicists and chemists. Biologists in my experience take a lot for granted because they don't really understand the fundamentals on small scales.

Depends on the state. Several state have no income tax. New Hampshire lacks income and sales tax.

It should be fairly simple to take the original price of installing the components of the house and calculate depreciation. Non-improved value = market value - depreciated home value

Obviously you'd have to keep tracking the improvements over time.

He said product management, not project.

That took a dark turn there at the end.

Can you give an example of something you understand better about her behavior?
Firefighters are designed to be close to places that could burn down so that they can respond quickly. A research institution has no such incentive.

Why would I install this instead of mint?
Fascinating how this isn't the top comment.
Re:China laying tracks for 1,000km/h maglev trains on Friday October 04, 2019 @03:35AM (#21155595)
What a bunch of BS. Communism is not team play. It's slavery and tyranny. The US has more team play than most places because people are free to pick their teams.

Right, because you can totally trust the Chinese numbers...
Re:There is no evil like reCAPTCHA on Monday August 05, 2019 @12:18PM (#20615325)
Not true. Google has made a new capture system that only requires you to click a checkbox.
What utter bullshit.
Keep in mind that Europe has roughly double the population of the US. That means according too your source the per capita rate is half of the US.
I'd love to see that proof.
Yawn. Always the same. The world hasn't been as peaceful as it is now in a long time.

Very sad. This has been a source of information and entertainment for a long time.
That sounds pretty close to the third option except you want to limit expropriation to renting. How's that going to work? You think all the landlords will sell to the city? For how much? Can people buy houses from the city to live in them? Where does additional housing come from considering that it's currently not enough? How does the city determine prices and how does it prioritize who gets which place?
I've heard a similar sentiment from a researcher that's specialized in fusion. How do you know that money is the main hindrance? Could we say the same thing for other areas of research, like room temperature super conductors or the unification of quantum theory with gravity? In any area more money may or may not lead to a significant progress, but how do you know that's definitely the case for fusion?
Looks kinda cool. Hope it works!
Hilarious. Lyft is behaving like cabbies used to. The cycle continues and disruption is shown to become inevitable.
