Fascinating that after years of for me this for me that, literally no one writes 2-3 other words like “i do react frontend” or whatever just for us to know why the results are different
Why never seeing a title “written by C” or Java or js
16 years ago it was
Lots of people are working on repetitive simple projects like the Nth website whatever or things like that, boring stuff. This LLM era is already a very big deal for these people.

Personally somehow I am working on stuff that has like 25% not trivial stuff and that is enough to have the same experience as you have.

But also lots of people just don't care about quality and they might be right with their customers/audience. In these cases when someone catches one, an agent is going to iterate on it and make it (seemingly) go away, bandage applied, who cares again. This has a market, I am sure. Lots of programmer folks are just as bad.

It would have helped if you tell us why you don’t like this approach.
In this case buy the gift card from some shady retailer with a one-time-use virtual card, and give this shady code to your friend. Or buy a physical card from aliexpress, the cheapest one with bad reviews.

This is not the point though
Hopefully it’s love of cars and your woman.
He or she meant 75% US people. But not everyone. Just the upper ones, who don’t have mortgages but lending the money to people - now on higher rates haha
I like using emdesh and now i have to stop because this became a meme

According to your experience with this model, is it just trained for the benchmark or these points are actually representing the performance?

Golden age was a time when basic tinkering could bring you to groundbraking discovery. This is of course over now.
Linux detects all your hardware and use drivers accordingly at every boot - some seconds

Yeah but it is 2025 and adoption means using it
That’s different, delivering later (for example probably never) is not the same.

This is about removing a privacy feature.

By, in my European country banks just check you up and you get your loan.
Re:3,200% CPU Utilization on Friday February 28, 2025 @05:15PM (#43212319)
There are so many of these in some projects that starting to fix them kills it.

Only time to fix is just after it is discovered - or mostly never ever because it becomes expensive to build up the context in mind again.

Lot of these management guys are smart enough to just move to an other job after the success and just before it turns into a slow death.
Your base model is good then
Yes. I cannot comprehend this to this day. A model weights data + runner is how different from a closed source executable? Why do everyone call these open source?

These politicians are smart enough and can see through the first layer of obvious. They wanted to win the next election and this had nothing to do with that, but the money they could spend on shiny bullshit. Or they just got consulting jobs after losing it, nah, who cares. Was it theirs or what.
Re:Do-nothing scripting: the key to gradual automation (2019) on Sunday February 09, 2025 @02:04AM (#42989035)
Good strategy if you have infinite money to fund it.
Re:Do-nothing scripting: the key to gradual automation (2019) on Sunday February 09, 2025 @02:03AM (#42989033)
No, the point of the article is that later these can be modified to actually run these commands - obviously to call these scripts. You can assume pretty confidently that when it seems to be a self contained good script, it is going to be called from services. Even if it is a bad investment to implement it, because programmers hate boring tasks. They would even choose to make a web of spaghettis for later generations than do boring stuff.
So true.

Just for defensive purposes obviously
Re:Spaced repetition can allow for infinite recall (2022) on Sunday February 02, 2025 @10:01AM (#42909044)
What you remember becomes part of your thinking and reasoning. So no, why would you google something if it doesn’t come to mind as something relevant.

Seems nice. The page is so irritating on iOS that it must dominate your revenue losses though, not fear from cloud. Like portrait screen 4 colums of 2 character wide lines of texts. All video autostarts on fullscreen when gets into view, ehh. Have to ask, have you ever tried this?
