on Sunday August 23, 2026 @11:52AM (#49409800)
To me, Before agentic programming a harness was like a mini framework in the app. Like for testing mostly. You’d set up the harness and configure it for your test and it would take care of boilerplate setup / optional reporting / benchmarks ect. Still works for both - but yea need a new word I guess

AirPod pros noise cancellation gave me my tinnitus. Just as a warning to others be careful. There’s an apple support page with lots of people complaining about the same thing.

Is there a crowd indexed style search index? Like instead of relying on the crawling completely you rely on a maybe like an extension in your browser that indexes as people are using their browser. Or maybe indexing your site to this index instead of waiting to be crawled.

I know what a router is lol. I just was wondering what are the available options to use all the coax connections already in the house so I could connect everything via Ethernet , if you wanted to avoid running Ethernet through the walls or don’t want Ethernet cables visible
When I was younger and before WiFi was a thing I naively thought I’d just plug in a new modem.
Re:Does our "need for speed" make our Wi-Fi suck? Yes.
on Friday October 10, 2025 @07:29PM (#45544981)
I wish I could have multiple modems coming into the house using the same provided cable. Why’s that not possible?
When I was younger I went and bought a new modem so I could play halo on my Xbox in another room than where my parents had the original modem. Found out then I’d need to pay for each modem.
