Executive Director of WordPress.org is simply a job title at Automattic. Josepha found out about the WP Engine ban from wordpress.org in real time along with the rest of the community.

The software running on those servers was built by volunteers, some of which are now scrambling to help their clients who are blocked from using that software.

We don't have evidence there is anyone else in the Foundation with any power. WordPress.org is owned personally by Matt.

That's because Matt's Foundation gave Matt's Automattic the exclusive commercial trademark license. https://x.com/photomatt/status/1838671002529665394

He posted this after receiving the C&D.

The word standard is doing a lot of heavy lifting in that sentence. I don't want to re-build Gravity Form's conditional logic or feeds to PayPal & HubSpot systems, so I'm not going to.

Not messaging. Sharing.
Even though I'm commenting on the website, the Bandcamp Android app sometimes auto plays songs I've never heard before on load.

It certainly can at a click of a button--I want a Google Sheet that updates in real time. That's exactly a flow that Zapier offers.

Hi, I'm not OP, but have built a similar thing. Are you suggesting to use https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file instead of https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets?

I'm currently doing this so I can stop paying Zapier. I've built a plugin to append new Gravity Forms entries in WordPress to a Google Sheet & with some more polish it'll be ready to sell.

No, actually. Why do these "preview" pages have songs that unlock after I buy if they're just previews? Why does the collection page (heart icon) open a player when I play an album directly from there?

It really depends how many people are flying in from out of town for the event, otherwise the same logic leads to shutting down all schools and stores.

Not if you ride in a group. One or two people on one motorcycle? Sure, that's efficient. Two motorcycles, six motorcycles, etc, in a group ride? Forget it.

...and that's not saying much. I have to punch the ceiling for the dome light to work pretty often. Compared to the Subarus I was used to, the GM interior is cheap.
