not the website owner but people involved in the PUP ecosystem.
i'm sure that if installcore supported linux, then the linux binaries would also be bundlers.
seems to be just another bundler from the same network (installcore), but packed with a different exe packer
pup bundlers also tend to be signed. just checking for a valid signature would not be enough
one of those "make money online"/"internet marketing" type people just wanting to get the affiliate commissions from a pay-per-install network of the PUP bundler type.
I was assuming that a hypothetical increase in Tor use would also increase the number of onion services.
I would hope that Tor usage in the EU goes up.
There's always Tor (doesn't Facebook in particular run an onion service?)
I downloaded all the floppy images from this archive, and found some interesting (from a historical perspective) documents on some of them.
Lists of computing equipment owned by the BBC in 1987, letters responding to what appears to be viewers who wrote in with questions, that sort of thing.
This can be done by, say, boosting the Plume/PeerTube content from Mastodon.
there are a few alternate web user interfaces that work with the Mastodon client API (which Pleroma also implements); halcyon and pinafore being two of them. To be more specific, Halcyon's UI is Twitter-clone.
Doesn't look broken to me (Chrome 67)

Interestingly enough, this is the same key combo used to show information on a crash in several N64 games, including Doubutsu no Mori (the original N64 version of Animal Crossing).
MS's compiler is annoying, it'll only support anything more modern than ANSI C if you give your files a .cpp extension...
This reminded me to check thedailywtf.
...win2000 pre-release? or did you mean NT 4?
then apply it to a router?
Huh. I assumed Boot Guard was a thing that happened in the IntelME bootrom.
I guess I'm too used to similar things in game consoles.
That bug described requires modifying the ME firmware image, which Boot Guard prevents...
With regards to mastodon, there's at least one hosting service specifically for it already (
https://masto.host), and people who don't know that much about the Linux command line/etc have set up their own instances using it.
>update to 3.0.0 and stay there
fun fact: the mentioned kernel/trustzone bugs only exist in 1.0.0...
Sellers trying to cash in is the worst thing about software/data preservation.
I was quoting from the pinned comment on the page, by the way.
And, that is indeed a particularly weird definition of "not public", but from my experience, par for the course when there's only a squeeze page in the way of a download.
"Please keep comments respectful as they own the IP and do not have a public download url."
so, they want to waste their money sending spam to all the fake emails everyone enters in their website when they reinstall windows
i think they could have thought that through a little better
