Save your time & do not watch this garbage.

It is just monkeys sitting around a table and shouting. Not a civil discussion or an insightful analysis.

Pretty much every tracker has bonus points for seeding, you dont need actual upload to have high ratio.
Re:Someone on Torrent Sites Kept Fucking with My Sonarr on Thursday October 15, 2026 @07:27PM (#50111778)
It sounds like you are more interested in complaining and arguing online, rather than solving your problems.

Meanwhile, I joined my first private tracker 3 years ago, and now I am in all of them (ptp, btn, etc). I do not have to worry about the ratios (cross-seed is set and forget), and after awhile you have more "upload" and "ratio" then you need for a lifetime. I barely have to seed anymore. I log in once in a while, but otherwise do not have to participate in the communities, and the selection is awesome (they basically have everything, even Mexican B movies from the 1940s, whatever floats your boat). They saturate my fiber when I download too.

But do keep complaining and arguing, you will feel better.

If you are basic, then Torrentleech will cover 99.999% of your needs. It costs a few $ to join (a one time fee, and you get 1 month of free VPN), or just sign up for r/opensignups, and wait until they are open for registrations (typically once per year).

If you are too old for trackers, then just sign up for usenet. You will have to pay for it though.

Looks interesting. I will try it.

If you are too lazy to join private trackers, at least use TraSH guides to set up quality profiles

Would they have any profitable quarters if you subtracted gov subsidies and "green credit sales"?

Last I checked a few years ago, they were never truly profitable.

Why even bother with this? Just bridge the gap with DS4 for pennies, and keep working.
Just because that guy has no sense of humour, it does not mean we should swat his house repeatedly.
Re:Integer multiplication below n log n on Tuesday October 06, 2026 @08:11PM (#49986068)
I laughed out loud at the n lg n ^ (1 - 2^{-182}). It is so funny.
I guess I am an outlier, I did not have any grapes until September, when Ontario grapes became available.

It did not feel right to buy murican grapes at full price in the middle of the summer.

"Coca farmers are struggling to sell cocaine".

Grow more table grapes? Here in "Northern America" I haven't seen grapes on sale the whole summer, not even once.

>> GPT‑6 Sol vs. GPT‑5.6 Sol

Do you mean 100% more expensive? GPT 6 is 100% more expensive than 5.6 per your post.

Re:Mathematicians want proof OpenAI didn't use their work on Thursday September 10, 2026 @09:31AM (#49643440)
Andrew Wiles gave 3 lectures, and only at the end of the last one he announced that he solved FLT. Imagine someone from the audience announced in between the second and the third lecture that they proved FLT (using his ideas, obviously).

Why is it OK if openAI does it?

Ramanujan was dirt poor.
Re:Finding a Bug in Dummit and Foote's Abstract Algebra on Monday September 07, 2026 @05:13PM (#49603049)
I asked AI to formalize an old important paper in analysis. In the paper there is a sequence of epsilon_n > 0, epsilon_n -> 0. It came back, and said: "I formalized it, it is all good, but the assumption that epsilons > 0 is not used anywhere. Shall we remove it, you a get a stronger result this way?"

LOL

The author lost me right away.

OK, how did you fit that into 512/1024 bytes??? Did you try 'print(3 * 1000)'?

And occasional steak? I love steak.

I am a pesca-pescaterian, btw.
