What makes you think bots and sock puppets wont be verified?
> No form of transport covers literally all cases

Funny cause that is exactly what people buy cars for. Which is what we need a good replacement for. E-Scooters are fine but not what will get rid of heavy cars.

Stand up scooters don't carry cargo or children and rain or snow instantly remove them from the equation.

Electric cabin scooters with removable batteries cover way more what cars offer today in an urban environment. Something like this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cabin_motorcycle or that https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auto_rickshaw

Ok, I guess parody is not comedy? This freedom thing is hard to keep up with.
Enforcing the ban would be the governments job, not Signals.

Re:Webalizer Demo (1999) on Wednesday October 05, 2022 @06:45AM (#33093690)
In the "Top 30 of 10484 Total Sites" section there are hosts and IPs.

If they remove the end of IPs and first part of hosts its considered 'anonymised' by matomo or goaccess. But you still are collecting IPs in the server logs and need a gdpr statement documenting it.

> no GDPR required

Who ever told you that is wrong. Doesn't matter if the client or the server collects data.

Re:Hyundai rolls out 27 heavy-duty hydrogen trucks in Germany on Thursday August 04, 2022 @09:33AM (#32342669)
I heard on a podcast that this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Suiso_Frontier new hydrogen tanker could only go 30 days with the hydrogen it carries. Which is why it runs on diesel. It's 40 days to Europe.

moving hydrogen is so hilariously in efficient though. It would have to be produced right where you fill the tank of those ships, trucks and planes.

They can sell ads better if they know where you are. Wifi data is making that every easy and battery saving to track.
How many google ads are on github or stack overflow compared to the other pages you find? They know exactly what every little change to the algorithm does to their bottom line.
Too bad that is not how humans work. If the good information is complicated and scary, we will go for easy and pleasing every time.
