What? I ONLY use Uber when I'm drinking, otherwise I'd drive myself.
I would go from spending $100/mo to $0

Is that what determines a flop, though? Siri is definitely known, and added value to the iphone and the apple brand overall. While I use Google Now and think it is superior, I'm not sure if performance would be enough to label Siri as a flop.
Bing on the other hand, not so much.

This man gets it. I liked the article until the examples. They felt like something out of a gossip magazine rather than someone who has a "bloodless rationality"

I don't think the outcome of the battle matters at all in this case. Google is still putting up a fight. Their track record shows that they do at least tell us what is happening, so "it's not our fault, we want to tell you, they won't let us" is consistent with their actions, AFAIK.

Not to cause offense, but I find that, in general, leftists are more likely to speak against "their guy", and conservatives usually support "their guy". Not sure why, but it's just what I've observed through the years.

Not to be a dick, but is an MIT student life valued higher than an average US citizen? I ask this in terms of average production value.
I wonder if someone would be brave enough to even predict these figures.

Watertown is 10-15 minutes away from MIT. It seems likely that they were connected, given that there was a carjacking ~2 minutes away from MIT in Cambridge.
Note: the carjacking happened in the same direction from MIT as Watertown.
