However, the way you connect the services is kinda janky, and I find myself wishing for more modern features sometimes. There's also competing products within the same ecosystem (social, email campaigns, and now recurring billing).
The support is great and it's been great to start. I can see us growing out of it but it's doing the job for now.
- Zoho Suite (CRM, Subscriptions, Books, Campaigns)
- Loggly
- Heroku
- S3
- Mixpanel Free
- New Relic
- Compose.io
- Mandrill
If you can't find someone to use it in person, you can get user experience feedback with a session recording tool. I am the author of such software, which you can find at http://screensquid.com.
"The above simulation is configured for a clock speed of 4.77Mhz, with 64Kb of RAM and a CGA display, using the original IBM PC Model 5150 ROM BIOS and CGA font ROM. This configuration also includes a predefined state, with PC-DOS 1.0 already booted and DONKEY.BAS ready to run.
And now that PCx86 automatically saves all your changes (subject to the limits of your browser’s local storage), you can even close the browser in the middle of a game of DONKEY, and the next time you load this page, your progress (and the donkey) will be perfectly restored."
- Works with modern sites (angular, etc)
- Records every visit (most are extremely expensive per recording)
Hotjar is listed below, but as I mentioned HotJar:
- does not work with Angular (http://docs.hotjar.com/docs/does-hotjar-support-ajax--single...)
- is limited to 2,000 recordings per month
Record the screen of every visitor to your website. Helps you see exactly what users are doing and understand where they're having trouble. Works on every website including Angular, React, AJAX, and private user pages.
