Get rid of HTML and CSS. Have everything done more programatically like React.

Trust is one of the more important and obvious traits. I also think versatility is critical too. Someone who doesn't want to do something because "it is the other person's job" It's important for all cofounders to be willing to do what is necessary for the business to be a success.

I agree. Not sure how this helps improve poker play.

Despite layoffs, I think the market for engineers is going to grow. Working remote is just going to increase the number of people building tools to make working remote better.

I think it helps to schedule meetings to socialize. There's a lot of informal bonding that happens in an office that gets lost when being home.

Boulder and Denver are close enough that you can really benefit from both. There aren't as many startups there as SF, but the people seem to be more interested in building relationships than just pushing their own app.

I wish blog posts like this had examples of things they actually did. It would make it a lot more informative to learn from an example.
