It's quite impressive how they've done it, including that "immigration" is immensely damaging to the source country too and arguably even more damaging than the destination country because no developing country will ever emerge from developing if all its best are immediately siphoned out of the developing country into the rich country. It's basically nothing different than a far more sophisticated, complicated, complex, psychologically manipulative version of what people like calling "slavery", sucking resources out of one group to support the decadent parasitic lifestyle of another group. It's the same ruling class parasite playbook they have used for millennia. They just change the methods, branding, and approach a bit sometimes to adapt it to the technological and practical environment.
Unfortunately for us all, the propaganda machine of the corporations have inoculated or conditioned many people to see certain facts as unappealing through various forms and methods of social cues that start with children, i.e., it's basically grooming by the ruling class to condition children who grow up into mindless young adults that thin they know everything because they stepped out of their parent's assisted living into college assisted living and then join corporate assisted living...
It largely came out of the research of the early 20th century, practice of "world wars" and all he famous programs that have also been made unpalatable for people to think, let along hear about, not to mention tooling that was developed during the Iraq war (remember how that was not at all a blatant psyop?), much of which I have direct knowledge of in ways I can't elaborate on.
I know that may sound like just more "unhinged boomer rant", even though ironically, most boomers are very much system loyalists, which is why they also largely trend "GOP" or "Conservative" or "Right"; i.e., system servant, mostly out of greedy, ignorant, jealous, decadent, narcissistic self-interest.
All of Europe is being ethnically cleansed of the indigenous peoples and cultures all over the whole continent right now.
For context, depending on how you count, in the last 50 years 15-20 European languages and dialects have gone extinct and in the next 50 years another 128 are effectively guaranteed to go extinct too, not to emotion those at risk of going extinct, which will probably be many of them because the ethnic eradicators and genocidal people of the EU either want to or do not understand that the impact is not linear, but exponential once the indigenous cultures of Europe start collapsing and are therefore effectively functionally extinct, i.e., the culture and language is non-viable, effectively terminal... destroyed, eradicated, and ethnically eradicated by the EU and the post war order of ethnic eradication of Europe.
What that means is if you count the people you see today, every two people you see today would not have been in the USA in 1990 for every three you see that would have been. And due to urbanization, it would also roughly mean that only half of the cars would be in the road/causing traffic in the city.
Rents would be half, wages would be double, education outcomes would be far higher.
I have nothing personal against the people who immigrated, they’re just cogs in the ruling class wealth machine that trickles up the wealth to them while everyone else pays the cost besides the immigrants that get the benefits that should have also gone to the native populations; but that’s the genius of the ruling class con, they made it an emotional thing that gets the simpleton majority to support the very immigration that damages them in a repeating loop that enriches them, or “the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, or all the other manipulative tropes that the abused use to rationalize their abuse without even understanding what they are doing.
It always gives me the "he only beats me because he loves me" or "he wouldn't beat me if I knew how to behave better" vibes. It's not healthy, not sane, not rational.
One disagreement though; I don't even think they will lock people out of their devices outside of very narrow and specific instances or examples to "cut the grass" as the Israelis call it, to scare and remind people they are the slaves and the long arm of the tyranny can reach out and crush them if they don't self-censor and self-subjugate. Psychological and ideological control has very much proved itself far more effective than physical control in all circumstances. They want to be able to monitor and then use methods and technologies to control that have not really come to light in society even thought they were systematized through the Iraq war. You are now the "insurgents", are you old enough to remember those, those insurgents in their own country?
It's a common trait of people who are abused or abusive in that they will do that duck and evade smoke screen behavior you just engaged in; the "ha ha, gotcha, the mole hill is in fact the most important thing instead of the mountain ... focus on the mole hill now!"
Are you telling me that you find it totally and absolutely normal that the younger generation is not only being abusive towards older people by talking in denglish gibberish, but even official government websites for the elderly related to retirement benefits and pay a smattered with English words and made up nonsense denglish gibberish, all while lamenting abuses of all around the world, while actively engaging in abuse at home? It's actually indication of something very sick.
These are not normal and healthy things of a health and sustainable society and culture. I guess that is why German and German culture and people are going to end up erased at this rate just like their economy is being dismantled and erased and they lack any fundamental self-preservation instincts anymore. At least the French have been trying to preserve their own language that is a core necessity for preservation of the culture in general and other societies try to resist the humiliation ritual that is the imposition of cultural domination by the US. You just make excuses for your abuser and the abuse you dole out as the abused become the abusers.
You are allowing them to define a ridiculous standard by agreeing with them that not only is it in fact “two evils” but what qualifies as evil. They’ll tell you…always only when called out, mind you…all and any meddling (also something they will then define with the same kind of falls equivalence loop) is evils, when that is simply not true, not is any kind of effort to influence the same thing as actual meddling, not us it always evil.
I could go on, but I’m sure you get the point, the narcissistic personality or their little zombies in most cases will constantly shift and change things all to avoid you from being able to get a clear focus on the truth, something their explosively allergic to.
As an American child of the Empire with global perspective and very high access perspective, there is no other entity besides the cabal that controls the USA and acts flying its banner; that is more deadly, more meddling, more conniving, more evil, more supremacist, and more vile.
On the German Wero site[1], the copy not only uses utterly gratuitous and even made up fake English words where there are perfectly adequate German words, e.g., "senden", hero, support, business, etc.; but the worst part is that they mess up or maybe can't even realize anymore that the German word for hero in "Der absolute Hero für dein Geld!" could have produced a far superior phrase through a rhyme, i.e., "Der absolute Held für dein Geld!". It's nonsensical to use "hero". Why would you use "hero"?
What are you doing, Germans? "Senden" is not a word. You just made that up! Or should I say "you just hooberdoobered it" since we are just making up gibberish words? We don't say "senden"... why are you saying "senden"?? It's like a traumatized child making up a gibberish language to live in a fantasy world. It's not healthy.

The return on "lobbying" for corporations is immense, actually, it's a bit of a high cost, high return with some risks type of dynamic; but especially in the Beltway bandit den and increasingly in the silicon cartel valley they have worked out a systematic methodology for bamboozling and manipulating utterly inadequately prepared bureaucrats squandering other people's money with approaching zero consequences. No, even they not only don't face consequences, they are promoted faster the better and faster they can squander money and enrich friends and associates.

I think you may be underestimating the value of that skill and experience. You may not even be able to put yourself in the shoes, i.e., imagine what it may be like never having to had to imagine anything if you only ever watched the things happen on a rectangle from infancy on.
I argue that you only cross referenced the imagination skill into being a federation captain because you were already experienced and skilled in imagination.

You lack the imagination for what the EU could have been, not an institution that imposes itself on the people while screaming “democracy” and “equality” as the abuses continue unabated and the indigenous people and the millennia and century old cultures of Europe are being eradicated and snuffed out. It is being done in far more sophisticated and subtle ways, but like they were in the Americas, in Russia, in China, in Asia in general, etc. it was also done to the Americans who were a prosperous and educated and vibrant people before the 20th century, and now it is what everyone knows it as…… the future face of Europe if this continue.
I know many people will see and think of the EU as a positive thing, just like how the colonists of the past rationalized their selfish harm and destruction through things like claiming to bring civilization to the savages; but under all the fluff, all the slick marketing and propaganda lies and manipulation, the indigenous European cultures and people are being destroyed right before our very eyes. Many people cheer it on while decrying how those horrible people of the past could have done the very same thing they support through the EU, only towards their very own people.
Considering the alien and hostile nature of the EU towards actual Europeans and European culture, it does seem most appropriate to have the alien, dystopian, monolithic, uninspired, cold buildings on the currency looking like alien spaceships, as a true representation of what the EU is; an alien bait and switch occupation that is devastating the indigenous people and cultures of Europe just like the ruling class did all over the rest of the planet in previous centuries.

You have to imagine to daydream. When you’ve been raised on YouTube since birth (referring to U.S. primarily “GenZ”) or you’ve formed your identity around things on TV (like most Americans) you didn’t have to imagine, daydream you just took it in, like everyone else that took on the same thing. That’s another aspect that’s not really being called out, TV also has contributed to the homogenization and destruction of distinct and unique cultures, i.e., actual, real diversity; because everyone is programmed and trained by TV on the same material, as the famous water cooler discussion about a TV show episode everyone was watching tells us.
Now imagine you’re “Gen Alpha” or maybe even “GenZ” where you have not even had anyone read you books that required you to imagine, i.e., daydream, what was being told to you?
These are all compounding factors that are going to even cause massive problems for this sham, fake facade, con job American society.
Talk to teachers in elementary schools and middle schools, even universities now; they’ll tell you things that should make and discerning person be alarmed. And that’s without even talking about the impending impacts of AI.
The irony is that you could very well get AI to make a menu that looks far better, but whoever did this is clearly putting about as much care into it as the restaurant puts into plate presentation.

Either it is theft or not theft. Why would you stealing from me deserve an exception, but when a group of people in an organization you may refer to as a corporation steal from me, you want them to pay me? Do as I say, not as I do or something like that?
Of course exceptions can be carved out, but they cannot be just, inherently. The problem is that we have allowed our ruling maniacs to create a fiction that organizations are people, which not only have more rights, and less responsibilities, and even less consequences/penalties; but also confers upon the individuals that make up the corporate person rather extreme super powers like being able to commit crimes up to outright murder, and there not only are effectively zero consequences for or to them but in most cases today they immensely profit from it and then shield that money from the victims seeking justice.
The underlying issue, why I am not settled on this matter, is that it is inherently contradictory because the facts and underlying assumptions are all so distorted and perverted that there is no good answer to be had and it's really just a matter of rule of power, feigning rule of law.
I’m guessing you have some kind of imagined idea of some small author being compensated handsomely for his book and all future earnings that could have come from it. Reality though is that between the attorneys that will run away with some high triple digit millions and the corporations that own the rights to the subject works, there will be measly “checks” for any actual person that created anything, i.e., an artist or author.
In an odd way, this whole case is really just “capitalism” cannibalizing itself, i.e., publishers greedily and also in a terrified manner trying to steal away as much capital from the technological shift to AI as possible in order to either create a buffer or fund their transformation to adapt to what AI means to the very nature of writing itself, let alone publishing.
I suspect human writing could survive, but I don’t see any room for publishers.
Otherwise I don’t follow why someone would say something like that publicly, professing to deliberately and intentionally ignore information. It’s self-dehumanizing. As a human one should have the self respect not to let anyone tell you where you can and cannot get information and you should also try not to perpetrate and perpetuate that evil of dehumanizing others.

For context, London, Rome, and Paris have respectively gone from 2.6M, 175K, 1.05M populations to 14.5M, 4.3M, and 12.4M; so basically a 6–25x population size in ~125 years. You don’t think that may have something to do with it?
More context 10 million people produce about 1-1.5 gigawatts of continuous heat energy alone. That’s energy that would also be absorbed into stone structures of European cities even if to an unapparent degree, especially in the summers.
Or they could also just levy higher taxes/fees on synthetic fibers and clothing that cannot be repaired (there are several reasons), and at the same time support the industry for natural, truly biodegradable fibers and their research?

Government legislatures really should have red team groups that have to be included in legislative processes with the objective of punching holes into legislation.
