Who cares? Who's buying crappy Buick cars?
To expand on my previous point Argentina seems like one of America's most poorly governed states at the local level - New Jersey. High level of local corruption, etc. And NJ is full of Italians and so is Argentina. It'd be like admitting a giant-size NJ. I'll take it!
Argentina is mostly white, Christian and doesn't have any part in the internecine blood feuds that roil South Asia or the middle east. Lots of land, and well educated. No history of slavery (well at least not like its neighbor Brazil). So, yeah, it'd be a great addition to the USA. I'd take it.
What are these 'easy steps'?
Re:John Carmack: I loaned money to anyone that asked me on Monday January 09, 2023 @01:59PM (#34314446)
Back in the late 90's I had a friend who wanted to open a high-end Italian furniture shop. Dude knew nothing about furniture or retailing. He said "you can afford it so you should lend it to me". I knew the money would never be paid back, and the friendship would be over. So I kept the money, as the friendship would be lost either way.

Why not lie to her about everything and bang her anyway?

I think bidding in this case means he puts his name down for jobs that are sent to the union hiring hall- and the jobs are allocated on the basis of seniority. Fewer jobs impacts those lower on the seniority list.

This jerk needs to be locked up forever. This is what happens when you let wackos run rampant.

Undocumented immigrants have the same access to public services such as public education, medical care at hospitals, access to court systems, police, fire, etc.
Rental/leasing agencies can ignore laws...but the courts don't. And the machinery of law enforcement, from bailiffs to cops to IRS revenue agents, keep both sides somewhat in line.
Or they can move to someplace they can afford?
Fiji and Mauritius sound great for you, as do Trinidad and Tobago

French Polynesia (English probs though)

Dominican Republic is easiest for Visa

British dependencies/territories in the Caribbean?

You could get an answer by doing some basic research...

But keep in mind that Spain does not allow dual citizenship, while Portugal does.

What do they do with the old wood? Do they recycle it? Can someone buy it?
Re:Expats are moving to Portugal on Thursday May 12, 2022 @10:58PM (#31362775)
One thing to keep in mind is that Portugal allows dual citizenship while Spain does not. Greek is much harder to learn than Portuguese. Many folks would spend 5 years, get the EU passport, and then have the option to move in the EU.
